Online Orders

Payment for your online order will be taken online via a secure payment gateway. This includes orders to be collected in person (after online ordering).

Collection in Person

You can collect your order five days a week (Tuesday to Saturday):

  • Order by 12 midday on Monday, and your order will be available for collection between 12 pm to 5 pm on Tuesday
  • Order by 12 midday on Tuesday, and your order will be available for collection between 12 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday
  • Order by 12 midday on Wednesday, and your order will be available for collection between 12 pm to 5 pm on Thursday
  • Order by 12 midday on Thursday, and your order will be available for collection between 12 pm to 5 pm on Friday
  • Order by 12 midday on Friday, and your order will be available for collection between 12 pm to 5 pm on Saturday
  • Order any time on Saturday, and your order will be available for collection between 12 pm to 5 pm on Tuesday
  • Order any time on Sunday, and your order will be available for collection between 12 pm to 5 pm on Tuesday

The Butcher’s Block is closed on Sunday and Monday

Standard Delivery Service

We deliver six days a week:

  • Order by 12 midday on Monday, and the order will be delivered on Tuesday by 5 pm
  • Order by 12 midday Tuesday, and the order will be delivered before 5 pm on Wednesday
  • Order by 12 midday Wednesday, and the order will be delivered before 5 pm on Thursday
  • Order by 12 midday Thursday, and the order will be delivered before 5 pm on Friday
  • Order by 12 midday Friday, and the order will be delivered before 5 pm on Saturday
  • Order any time on Saturday, and the order will be delivered before 5 pm on Tuesday
  • Order any time on Sunday, and the order will be delivered before 5 pm on Tuesday

Other Orders

We also welcome orders in the shop, over the phone or via email, but these orders will require a deposit. Deposits are deductible at the point of purchase, and all deposits are non-refundable. Orders taken without a deposit will not be guaranteed.

What areas do you deliver to?

We cover a 10-mile radius from our shop. This broadly covers:

South-East Manchester, Altrincham, Sale, Wythenshawe, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Droylsden, Dukinfield, Denton, Hyde, Cheadle, Stockport, Hadfield, Glossop, Marple, New Mills, Poynton, Whaley Bridge, Chapel-en-le-Frith, Bollington, Macclesfield, Wilmslow

And all smaller towns in between

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please bring your mobile phone with you to show your email as proof of purchase or print out a receipt/confirmation of order. You will also need some form of photo ID such as a valid passport or driving licence.

Please note gift vouchers cannot currently be used for online orders, only in-store.

How long will you hold my order?

You must collect your order within the time slot given if selecting pick-up in person - usually between 12 pm and 5 pm the day after ordering (except Saturday and Sunday when pick up is Tuesday).

If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, we may be able to hold your order for a further 24 hours, but after this time, it will be removed and disposed of due to the perishable nature of our products.

You will not be entitled to a refund if you fail to collect within the specified time.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

Please try to ensure you will be in when we deliver. If we cannot deliver your parcel to a neighbour or a safe place as specified, we will return your order to our shop where you can collect it until 12 noon the following day. After this time, it will be removed and disposed of due to the perishable nature of our products.

Please note, due to the perishable nature of the products, we can take no responsibility for any damage that may occur from leaving your order outside of your property.

What is your returns policy?

If your items appear faulty or are damaged, please contact us on 01625 348 605 and we will assist you in any way we can.

If item(s) within your order appear faulty or are damaged, please contact us asap - ideally within 24 hours of order being received - on 01625 348 605, and we will assist you in any way we can. Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. Therefore, subject to inspection and acceptance by us, we will refund or provide a replacement if applicable.

Non-faulty products: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if non-faulty goods are returned to us in a non-re-sellable condition. Please also note we can only make refunds via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction in all instances.
